Sherry Massoni

Director of CETL:
Professor Sherry Massoni

Sherry Massoni has been teaching Business and Computing courses at Harford Community College since 2007. She has been instrumental in the development and growth of two programs at Harford — Business Management: Administrative Professions and Health Information Technology (HIT). Sherry earned a BS in English with a minor in Women’s Studies and a M.A. in Contemporary Communication from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She has served on numerous committees at Harford in the role of sub-committee chair on the Student Engagement, Retention, and Completion (SERC) Committee; a member of the Achieving the Dream (ATD) team; a member of the Learning Commons building committee, and the creator/co-chair of a professional learning community on campus. Sherry is also a graduate of both the Foundation Leadership Academy in Higher Ed and the Maryland Online Leadership Academy. Sherry received the NISOD award for excellence in teaching and leadership in 2015. Prior to Harford, Sherry taught ESOL classes at Harford and worked at The Johns Hopkins University in the School of Medicine as a grants manager.

Sheila Siebert

Sheila Siebert

Sheila Ward Siebert, is Administrative Assistant for CETL and the Library at Harford Community College. A native Baltimorean, she is a proud alumna of several of its premiere schools: The Institute of Notre Dame High School, Goucher College [B.A., Applied Mathematics and Historic Preservation] and Notre Dame of Maryland University [Accelerated Certification in Teaching Program – Secondary Mathematics]. Sheila has experience in various professional pursuits as a computer systems programmer, high school mathematics teacher, small business owner and operator. She is passionate about education and her role supporting HCC’s mission to provide educational opportunities. She is also a member of the American Association of University Women [AAUW] and avid participant in numerous activities with the Harford County Branch.
