How to Register

Whether you are registering for noncredit or credit classes, Harford Community College is committed to providing you with the resources you need to achieve your goals.

To REGISTER for NONCREDIT/CONTINUING EDUCATION Classes:

REGISTER ONLINE: Click the link listed below to access the Registration Form. Complete the form electronically and sign via the Adobe Sign process. We will process your registration and contact you by phone to complete the payment process. We accept check, money order, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa.

REGISTER by MAIL or FAX: Print and complete the Noncredit Registration Form and fax to 443-412-2383, or mail to Noncredit Registration, Harford Community College, 401 Thomas Run Road, Bel Air, Maryland 21015. Make sure the form is signed and dated.

NOTE: Registrations will be accepted up to the day before a class begins. Please allow ample time as the processing of registrations may be delayed due to the COVID-19 remote working environment.

NOTE: Payment for noncredit classes is due at time of registration. We accept check, money order, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa OR qualified programs may be eligible for a payment plan. Click here to learn more.

To REGISTER for CREDIT Classes:

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION: Once you have received an acceptance letter, met with a first semester advisor, submitted transcripts, and completed an academic skills assessment (if required), email admissions@harford.edu to proceed.

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION: You may proceed to registration by logging into your OwlNet account. Click on My Academic Life tab; Student Registration (left-side of the screen); Register for Classes. If there are holds on your account, contact your advisor prior to registering.

In-Person Registration is UNAVAILABLE while the College is working in an online only environment. If for some reason you are not able to complete the registration online, credit registration is also available by fax. Print and complete the Credit Registration Form and fax to 443-412-2169. NOTE: Registration may be delayed due to the COVID-19 environment.
